Plans
Every plan opens every course in the catalogue, including new ones. You pay per plan, not per person. Paying yearly saves you two months. Monthly plans are paid by card, yearly by card or invoice. Prices exclude VAT.

Register your company
Enter your company details and pick a plan. Pay by card, or by invoice for a yearly plan. Whoever registers becomes the admin.

Invite people
Enter your employees' email addresses, one at a time or a whole list at once. Each seat belongs to one email address.

Your team learns
An employee clicks the link in the email and has every course open. No password needed. You see how everyone is getting on.

Frequently asked questions
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes, for a yearly plan. After registering, choose payment by invoice and a proforma invoice arrives by email. The plan activates on its own once the payment reaches our account.
What if an employee leaves?
The admin removes their access and gives the seat to someone else. The employee keeps their progress in their own account.
How many people can rotate through the seats?
Per subscription year, at most 2× as many different people as the plan has seats (so 20 for Small). That covers normal team changes. If you need more, get in touch.
What will we see about our employees?
Who accepted the invitation, when they last learned, which courses they finished and how far along they are. You don't see answers or test results; those belong to the employee.
What if our plan is no longer enough?
Move up to a bigger plan and invite more people. For more than 50 people we'll prepare a custom offer.
Do employees need a paid version of the AI?
No. The courses work with the free versions. If you have company licences, such as Microsoft 365 with Copilot, your people will get the most out of them.
