Terms and conditions
How your bizzniq account works, what you get when you buy a course or a subscription, how you pay and how to complain.

Who we are
bizzniq is run by POOLHOUSE s.r.o., registered office Jaskový rad 205, 831 01 Bratislava, Slovak Republic, company ID (IČO) 54223962, tax ID (DIČ) 2121607598, VAT ID SK2121607598 (“we”). You can write to us at info@bizzniq.com.
Your account
You need an account to take the courses. You create it with your email address, to which we send a code and a sign-in link, or with your Google account. The account is personal, so don't share access with other people. You can delete your account at any time in My account → Settings → Privacy and account. Tutorials and course previews are free.
What we offer
- Free courses: courses marked “Free” and the first day of every paid course.
- Buying a course: a one-off payment for one course. The course is yours for good, meaning for as long as we run bizzniq, with all days open straight away.
- Subscription: €19 per month. It opens all paid courses in the catalogue, including ones added later. It renews automatically every month until you cancel it.
The courses are digital content that you read directly in your browser. We update the content regularly so that it matches the current version of the AI tools. The courses teach you to work with other companies' tools (for example Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Grok). We are not affiliated with these companies in any way, and their own terms and prices apply to the use of their tools.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and include VAT. Payments are processed, and the courses and subscription are sold as reseller (Merchant of Record), by Link, a service of Stripe. Your statement will show “LINK.COM*”. If your card is in a different currency, your bank or card issuer converts the amount. Link emails you the payment receipt. You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link. Only Stripe sees your card details, we don't.
You get access to the course or subscription immediately after payment. If something goes wrong, write to us and we'll sort it out.
Cancelling the subscription
You can cancel the subscription at any time in My account → Settings → Subscription, or at link.com. No further payment will be taken and all courses stay open until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund a period that has already started unless the law requires it. Your progress stays saved. If the subscription price changes, we'll tell you by email in advance and the new price will only apply from the next period.
Trial days and withdrawal from the contract
You can try every paid course before you buy it: the first day is free and courses marked “Free” are free in full. That way you find out whether the course suits you before you pay.
The courses are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. Before payment you therefore expressly agree that the content is made available to you immediately after payment, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. We won't start the payment without this consent. We'll email you the order confirmation including your consent.
We'll refund you if we didn't deliver the content (the payment went through, you don't have access and we can't fix it), if the content differs substantially from how we described it, or if you were charged twice or without your consent. Write to us at info@bizzniq.com. In these cases you can also ask for a refund directly through Link support at support.link.com. After a refund the course is locked or the subscription ends. Your saved progress stays.
Complaints
If something doesn't work as it should (a course won't open, content is missing, the payment went through and you don't have access), write to us at info@bizzniq.com. Describe what happened. We'll handle your complaint without undue delay, within 30 days at the latest, and email you the result.
Resolving disputes
If you're not satisfied with how we handled your complaint, you can ask us to put it right. If we don't reply within 30 days or we reject your request, you can submit a proposal for alternative dispute resolution. The alternative dispute resolution body is the Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia, www.soi.sk) or another authorised body on the list of the Slovak Ministry of Economy. For disputes with a trader from another EU country, the European Consumer Centre in your country can help you free of charge (list of centres: ECC-Net). Consumer protection is supervised by the Slovak Trade Inspection, Bratislava Region Inspectorate.
What you can and can't expect from us
We prepare the courses carefully and check the facts, but AI tools change fast. If something in a tool changes before we update the course, let us know. The courses are educational. You are responsible for what you create with AI tools and for the decisions you make based on their answers.
The course content is protected by copyright. You may use it for yourself. You may not copy, sell or publish it without our consent. You may freely use the prompts from the courses in your own work.
If we ever stop running bizzniq, we'll let you know at least 60 days in advance. The subscription will then end with no further payment.
Personal data
How we process your data is explained on the Privacy page.
Final provisions
Our relationship is governed by Slovak law. This does not affect the rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you have your habitual residence. We may change these terms. The version on this page at the time of payment applies to your purchase. We'll tell you about significant changes to the subscription by email in advance.
