Who processes your data
bizzniq is run by POOLHOUSE s.r.o., company ID (IČO) 54223962, registered office Jaskový rad 205, 831 01 Bratislava, Slovak Republic, which is the controller of your personal data. If you have questions about your data, write to us at info@bizzniq.com.
What data we process
- Account: the email address we send your sign-in code to, and your name if you set one. If you sign in with Google, also the name and email address from your Google account.
- Learning: ticked-off tasks, quiz answers and results, so you can pick up where you left off at any time.
- Settings: appearance, text size and reduced motion.
- Business enquiries: company name, name, email, phone and the message from the business enquiry form, so we can reply.
- Purchases: courses bought, subscription, payment history and the language of the payment. We don't see your card details, the payment gateway processes them.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type in the server's technical logs, and, if you consent, in Google Analytics.
What you type into ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Claude or Grok during a course never reaches us. Those chats are processed by the maker of the tool under its own rules. We show you how to set them up in the courses.
What we use your data for and on what legal basis
- Account, courses, progress and purchases: performance of a contract, meaning providing what you ask for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Replying to a business enquiry: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (point b).
- Running the website and keeping it secure: legitimate interest (point f).
- Accounting records for payments: legal obligation (point c).
- A welcome email after you create your account, with how to get started: performance of a contract (point b).
- Weekly news by email: only your consent (point a), which you can withdraw with the link in every email or in My account → Settings.
